Disable Regedit function on Windows


Regedit or the representative of the Registry Editor in Windows have any functions to view, create or modify the registry in Windows. Because its function is sometimes abused by people or users who are not responsible for that can be dangerous to the system registry on your computer.

The steps as usual, still using the gpedit.msc Click Start> Run> then type the command "gpedit.msc" without the quotation marks but, then press Enter or OK, so the window will display Group Policy Editor.
Users then click on Configuration> Administrative Templates> System.
Then select and double click prevent access to registry editing tools to appear "dialog box".
Then select the "enabled" in the options available, and also select "yes" on "disable regedit editing tools from?"
Then click OK or Apply and close window "gpedit.msc".
Now, users can not access the regedit function
